Hello Skiers & Boarders,<\/p>\n

Hope everyone had a great July 4th. I wish to invite you to join us for the July 12th<\/span><\/span>meeting. Nancy &\u00a0Mark Miller hosted a volleyball and pool party at their home on Thursday<\/span><\/span> evening, June 30. Several club\u00a0members attended and enjoyed the evening.<\/p>\n

Ohio Valley Ski Club had a booth at the Multicultural Festival, held at the Parkersburg City Park, the\u00a0evening of June 17 in conjunction with \u201cGo Outside and Play\u201d. I wish to thank Don & Becky Tanner for\u00a0all their help that evening.<\/p>\n

Lisa & I will be hosting a cycling trip on Saturday, July 30<\/span><\/span> on the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway which runs\u00a0from Athens to Nelsonville, OH and is approximately 15 miles each way. It is a paved trail suitable for\u00a0road bikes as well as mountain bikes. We will meet at the ball field in West State Street Park in Athens\u00a0at 10:00am<\/span><\/span> and ride towards Nelsonville. It\u2019s a casual ride with no expectations of how far or how fast\u00a0you ride! Just come and enjoy the trail. Afterwards, we will have a late lunch at one of the local\u00a0restaurants.<\/p>\n

Again, the Western Trip will be Whitefish Mountain Resort in Whitefish, Montana in late February, 2017.<\/p>\n

We had a great Thursday Night Volleyball with the Ski Club. \u00a0We feasted on smoked pork, oriental cole slaw, fruit, desserts and other great dishes. We were happy to see ski club members old & new! \u00a0AV used to be a Thursday Night Volleyball regular and even found his mug from 1994!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
