1. Cancellation date for 2014 western trip to Breckenridge is\u00a0prior to November 15th for no penalty.\u00a0The cancellation date will be 95 days prior to departure.<\/p>\n
2. You must notify trip chairperson Dave Decker, in\u00a0person and in writing with request for cancellation for the\u00a0cancellation date to be eligible for any refund.<\/p>\n
3. If OVSC cancels trip, you will get 100% of refund.<\/p>\n
4. If you have a confirmed cancelation request, prior to the\u00a0cut off you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n
5. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation\u00a0date, you will lose all or part of your deposits\/ payments. If\u00a0we cannot secure a replacement reservation, you will lose\u00a0either your initial deposit or any\u00a0non-recoverable financial loss to the club, whichever is\u00a0greater.\u00a0If we fill the reservation, you will owe either $25 or the\u00a0amount that we have to pay to change the reservations \u2013\u00a0whichever is greater.<\/p>\n
6. Empty spots will be filled first from the waiting list. If\u00a0there is no waiting list, it is your responsibility to find a\u00a0replacement in order to cut your losses.<\/p>\n
7. You can appeal any cancellation fees to the Board of\u00a0Directors if you feel that you have good reasons for the\u00a0cancellation.<\/p>\n
